WM Aeroflight

WM Aeroflight is proud to be the only Flight Training School located at the Peterborough Airport. Our friendly staff and well-maintained aircraft allow our students to experience great 1-on-1 instruction. We offer Private, Instrument, Night. Multi-engine, and Over The Top training.

WM Aeroflight offers training and rentals on our Cessna 152 and Cessna 172 aircraft, as well as training in our newly acquired Piper Apache aircraft. We also have an Elite Flight Simulator for the instrument flight training.

Peterborough Municipal Airport, is an uncontrolled airport, and our training areas are a short flight away. The short distance to our training areas, coupled with the usual short time from engine run-up to airbourne, means that the student will spend more time in the air than on the ground waiting in line for take-off. In addition to becoming comfortable in an uncontrolled environment, Oshawa Airport is 20 minutes and Buttonville Airport is 40 minutes away allowing students to also become familiar and comfortable with controlled airports.
