Having ourselves learned to fly in the Last Frontier, Wingnuts Aviation recognizes the need for a comprehensive Alaska flight school that is dedicated to providing quality aviation education.

At Wingnuts Aviation, we understand the hectic lifestyles and financial constraints of our students. Our instructors fly around the student´s schedule and strive to provide each student with "the best bang for his buck". For example, rather than flying multIple times in order for a student to meet the Private Pilot night cross-country and instrument hourly requirements, we include instrument training during the requisite 100 nautical mile night cross-country flight.

By combining the hourly requirements for a pilot´s license, Wingnuts Aviation can significantly reduce financial and scheduling strains on our students.
