Wholly disorganized and dysfunctional organization for renting. I am a PPL who was hoping to rent a C172 while visiting Cleveland. I booked a rental checkout and subsequent rental, and ultimately was no-showed by my CFI and received zero communication from the club. Weather impacted my initial checkout date, and I was able to reschedule with another CFI, but this was all done via text to CFIs without any central coordination from an office or flight desk. My CFI did not show up during our assigned checkout time, completely wasting what little time I had visiting Cleveland.
