Homestead Helicopters, Inc Advanced Training Academy is located in Missoula, Montana. We offer training to the professional pilot, Government Agencies, and private companies structured training in Vertical Reference (long line), Mountain Flying Techniques, Helicopter Fire Fighting techniques and tactics and Helicopter Turbine Transition. These courses we developed by the Ret. USFS National Helicopter Standardization Pilot (Tim Pfahler) in cooperation with Homestead Helicopters Founder and Director of Operations (Todd Donahue) combining decades of utility and helicopter fire fighting experience.
