Air hostesses and flight stewards are collectively called “Cabin Crew”. Cabin Crew are primarily on board an aircraft for the safety and welfare of the passengers. They are required to understand and operate all safety equipment such as medical and fir-fighting apparatus. Since this is seldom required, cabin crew fulfill the additional role of providing customer service and ensuring passenger comfort.
Because cabin crew members are on of the main faces of an airline, they are expected to excel in customer service and always remain friendly, approachable and enthusiastic with a caring attitude.
This profession provides the exciting experience of flying, visiting different places and countries and interacting with so many people form different walks of life. A good pay package is another attraction.
The job of an air hostess/ flight steward could prove interesting and rewarding to those who love being on the move all the time.

Founded and managed by an ex-Air Hostess having more than 6 years of experience in Jet Airways as an Air Hostess.
