Epic’s helicopter flight school specializes in flight department training, special curriculum development and scenario-based training as well as students wishing to pursue the professional pilot program.

Epic’s helicopters are exceptionally well-maintained by our full-time Helicopter Maintenance Department and in-house Robinson Helicopter Factory Authorized Service Center. Our on-site maintenance program offers our helicopter student pilots in-depth learning about helicopter maintenance. Degree programs are offered through Utah Valley University.

Learn to fly a helicopter under the supervision of your helicopter flight instructor. Start with a pre-flight briefing where you learn control basics. Then, jump in the helicopter for the ride of your life. First, your instructor runs you through the engine start and rotor engagement procedure. Then, you will experience take-off and climb-out to altitude where you learn the basics of flight. Depending on the level of discovery flight you choose, your instructor will demonstrate various other advanced manoeuvres you will eventually learn during your helicopter lessons.
