Faculty Training - Achieving Standardisation
Standardisation of training is achieved thorough Avalon’s ‘Train The Trainer’ programmes. All new and existing trainers go through this programme to learn and understand how to effectively download the developed / updated content. Only after completing the programme and on being certified by our training managers and subject matter experts are they allowed to train students.
