It is one of the largest low-fare airlines in Europe, operating domestic and international scheduled services on 387 routes between 104 European and north African airports. Flight Crew RequirementsEasyJet is currently recruiting pilots for training courses starting late 2008 into 2009. Cadet Scheme • CTC Wings Cadet - Pilots with little or no experience • CTC Wings ATP - Pilots with CPL/IR or fATPL Type Rated Sponsorship Scheme • 500 hours Multi-crew on either a: - Medium to heavy turbo prop - Light jet - Emb145/BAe146/Avro RJ - Military Fast Jet/Multi crew Rotary or Heavy Transport Direct Entry Pilots Scheme • Typed on B737-300 to 900 or A319/320/321 • 50 line flying hours on type - or - • Typed in medium to heavy jet • 500 hours multi-crew commercial experience Direct Entry Captains • 3,000 factored* hours total time • 500 factored* hours command on medium to heavy jet Non-Rated Co-Pilots • 500 hours multi-crew on medium to heavy jet Type-Rated Co-Pilots (B737 or A320 family) • Minimum of 50 hours on type Senior First Officers (SFOs) • Full ATPL First Officers (FOs) need a frozen ATPL (CPL + ATPL theory) *View EasyJet’s website for Factored Hours ratios (DECs only) | |||||||||||
Cabin Crew Job RequirementsEasyJet is currently hiring cabin crew. Minimum Requirements • Age 18+ • Height 5’2" (1.58m) to 6’3" (1.90m) • Weight in proportion to height • Physically fit and able to pass a medical assessment • Fluent in English, both spoken and written • if you are based in Europe: be fluent in the native language of that country and English • Able to swim 25m • Able to tread water for at least 1 minute • A passport allowing you to travel freely within the EU without restriction • Able to deal with all passengers professionally in a customer facing and selling role • GCSE standard in English and Maths (or equivalent) • No visible tattoos or body piercing which cannot be covered discreetly • Live within 90 minutes of assigned based • A verifiable 5 year work history | |||||||||||
