Basic Requirements • UK issued JAA/CAA ATPL or Frozen ATPL • JAA/CAA Class 1 medical • ICAO Level 6 proficiency in English language Additional Requirements – Longhaul (777/747) • 2000 total time • 1000 hours resent experience on either: - Jet with MTOW > 25 tonnes - Turbo Prop with MTOW > 50 tonnes Additional Requirements – Shorthaul (A320) • 750 hours turbine with MTOW > 10 tonnes - or - • A320, B737 or B757/767 type rating • 500 hours on type | |||||||||||

Minimum Requirements Essential Criteria: • Airbus and Boeing structural repair experience • Aeronautical degree or equivalent qualification • Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent with relevant experience Desirable Criteria: • Knowledge of technical disciplines other than those of own persuasion • Experience of structural and/or composite repairs an advantage • Knowledge of aviation design and maintenance practices • Sound knowledge of current regulatory requirements • Detailed understanding of safety/quality matters • PC literate with knowledge of SAP system • Sound knowledge of maintenance programmes and schedules • Able to demonstrate understanding of BAMG Technical & Quality procedures • Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment • Strong communication and team working skills • Analytical and problem solving skills • Able to handle confrontation | |||||||||||
